I love snowy roads, and here are some of my favourites. An excuse from Ailsa at Where’s my Backpack to show some of my favourite travel photos.

A philosophic Aussie writes here at StPA, one who will readily admit to loving Scandinavia. I'm interested in global politics and what drives us to be who we are. Scratch the surface and you'll find a practical Environmentalist with an egalitarian bent, trying to unleash a little creativity via the written word.
Scandinavian culture, literature and traditions are close to my heart, even though I'm Australian. Travel and courteous discussions greatly broaden the mind, so I travel if I can and am always up for a vigorous, respectful discussion. The world IS a spectacular place and you showed it beautifully in these pics!!
It took us about 20 minutes to get through here, as the bus driver had to inch his way through, splitting the ‘mob’, as these sheep’s fleece is so valuable. The finest merino wool in the world!

Amazing pics, especially the sheep! I had a similar experience in NZ only with cows, it was so frustrating because they moved very slowly.

Yes, it is a slow process, but life is so fast these days, it is rather nice to be made to sit and wait patiently and RElax! Thanks for your comment 🙂
