I eat plenty of salmon, but will increase the peppermint and blueberry. Not sure about coffee though, but I might try tea.

The Best Foods (And Ingredients) for Focus

Focusing is a full-time job. For you to be able to concentrate on success, you have to watch what you put in your body too. From experience and research, I have compiled a list of foods and ingredients to include in your daily diet so that you will be able to concentrate and find success.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids – You can find these in oily fish, such as Mackerel or Salmon. They contain niacin and other ingredients that are necessary for mental strength and considered “brain food”.

Peppermint – Necessary when completing tedious tasks. Can be ingested in tea (Peppermint Tea).

Trail Mix- Good for the whole body, including your brain because it is high in supplements and nutrients, such as magnesium, iron, and potassium. It will rid you of that “sluggish” feeling.
