A philosophic Aussie writes here at StPA, one who will readily admit to loving Scandinavia. I'm interested in global politics and what drives us to be who we are. Scratch the surface and you'll find a practical Environmentalist with an egalitarian bent, trying to unleash a little creativity via the written word.
Scandinavian culture, literature and traditions are close to my heart, even though I'm Australian. Travel and courteous discussions greatly broaden the mind, so I travel if I can and am always up for a vigorous, respectful discussion. I'm an avid reader, I enjoy photography and craft, particularly traditional art forms. I hope you'll find 'Something to Ponder About,' in my WordPress Community.

Amanda, if you only knew how inviting your image is, especially today with high winds and deep chill in the air. Thanks for the warm, lovely seascape. Happy Photo Challenge.

Oh, I am glad it sends some warm summery feelings your way. Sometimes it gets too much mind you, and I will moan about the heat, but its always fun at the beach.

It is ironic that the cold in the northern hemisphere is making you all feel a little envious of our southern summer, as I would much rather have the cold than the heat!!! Happy phoneography challenge and thanks for your comment. I will go and check out your post.

Amanda, I like the shadows in the photo, which add depth to all the light. We have snow finally and I’m loving it, although the bitter cold is something I could do without. But it makes me enjoy your lovely photo even more.
