A philosophic Aussie writes here at StPA, one who will readily admit to loving Scandinavia. I'm interested in global politics and what drives us to be who we are. Scratch the surface and you'll find a practical Environmentalist with an egalitarian bent, trying to unleash a little creativity via the written word.
Scandinavian culture, literature and traditions are close to my heart, even though I'm Australian. Travel and courteous discussions greatly broaden the mind, so I travel if I can and am always up for a vigorous, respectful discussion. I'm an avid reader, I enjoy photography and craft, particularly traditional art forms. I hope you'll find 'Something to Ponder About,' in my WordPress Community.

Redcliffe pier is the location for the final photo, Ann-christine. It is not far from me. I used a mirror effect in a photo app on my phone to get that effect.
Hi, Amanda,
I too, love symmetry, and really enjoyed these. I have some reflecting shots in a cave pool which you might find interesting. The photo quality is awful, but the images still look beautiful because of the subject. I never self-link on a first visit (so tacky), but ask if you ever want to see ’em–either here or at M-R’s place.

I will have to find my login for flickr, so I can’t access at the moment, as it just gives me the sign up page… will check later when at home. Stay tuned……
Wonderful shots! What pier is the last photo?

I thought so because the two sides are alike but still the opposite! Mirror image. Interesting.

Weird… This seems to happen every now and again. I’ll check the settings for that post.

I think it is because it is an old post, Inneke. After a few months, the older post attracts spam, so wpress advise disabling comments.
