    1. Oh, thank you,Dmusings. Like you, it is also one of my favourites. I discovered it as a Norwegian ordtak (saying or proverb), but it may also stem from other cultures. Where did you first come across it?

      1. I am so busy with the after and before school care that time just runs out as soon as I sit down in the evening. I still try to read some posts but I am tired at end of the day. Don’t think I told you – I’m going to be grandma half December, going to be a girl. Very excited.

        1. Of course you are tired with the work. It is exhausting working with kids but very rewarding.
And a very big Congratulations to you and your son. Wonderful news! A darling grandaughter for you. So excited for you!

          1. Rewarding indeed. I feel fulfilled at times when I could really touch the kids inside(not by physically touching them). Their faces brighten up when they show their feelings. I am very excited to become a grandma.

            1. What a lovely way to express making a difference in a kid’s lives. You must be the best teacher!!! And likewise, you will also be a fantastic Grandma! What a lucky girl, you granddaughter is going to be. You must let me know when she arrives! Can’t wait to hear all about it.
