Sally D’s Mobile Photography Challenge: Black and White – Trondheim, florals and the sea

A Photography challenge by a new name, but the same fantastic photography challenge, nonetheless. At the same time as Sally’s new title for her ‘phoneography’ challenge, is launched, I have a new smartphone, with much improved photo capabilities, yet to be worked out so, the aging Nexus 4 is the tool behind these:

The Clayton’s Selfie – the act of taking a selfie while desperately trying not to look like a selfie

Black and White Sunday – Cape Gooseberry

Cape gooseberry

First fruit from my garden. It reminds me of being a child and playing in my Grandmother’s garden, where Gooseberry like this grew wild. The paper cases are a delight to pull apart and inside you will find a delicious berry.

Taken and adjusted slightly with Moldiv and the Nexus 4 Phone camera for Paula at Black and White Sunday

Black and white photography, almost surreal, always interesting and pure. Definitely something for the shutterbug to ponder about.

Phoneography Challenge, the Phone as Your Lens: Black and White

My entry this Monday’s for lensandpensbysally  weekly Phoneography  challenge -‘Black and White’. Below you will see the original photo.

The black and white makes it look historic, something from a bygone era, but this of course, depends entirely on the subject matter. Don’t you think? Something to ponder about.

Cee’s Black & White Challenge: Pets. Michelle’s Weekly Pet Challenge

Image

I am unashamedly prejudiced! Prejudiced in the sense that I think Schnauzers are the best dogs! Cee’s fun Black and White pet challenge enabled me to explore post processing a photo which had plenty of texture. I chose this one as it shows plenty of the personality of these two dogs as well. They are stunning examples of the breed. The second photo is just one that makes me happy looking at it.  Something happy to ponder about.
